We take about 22,000 breaths a day on average. We eat about 3 times a day and research says 30 minutes a day of physical activity to lose weight, maintain weight loss or more to meet specific fitness goals. But no one is talking about if HOW we breathe matters? Im here to say that it Does! It matters so much that it can dictate if your nervous system is in fight or flight or rest and repair.
